主要工作內容：

Accept corresponding projects, review application documents,  make quotation, make annual inspection plan, arrange inspections, acceptreview inspection report, audit correction documents, prepareconfirm certificate, issue transaction certificate, send certification materials to headquarters,fill project list.

負責認證項目的受理、申請表格審核、申請文件審核、費用預算確認、制定年度檢查計劃、檢查安排、檢查報告接收與審核、認證后續(xù)反饋材料的審核、準備證書、認證證書確認、貿易證書簽發(fā)、將認證材料發(fā)給總部保存、項目進度表填寫等；

Responsible for works related to sample analysis, including inspection order confirmation, inspection results saving,

負責相應項目的樣品檢測相應的工作，包括檢測訂單確認、檢測結果保存、登記以及提交給客戶、檢測費用確認等；

Responsible for label distribution for organic products according to GB/T 19630, including communicate with clients, inform clients to acquire labelscontrol enrolment.

負責相應項目的國標或其他標準的認證標志的發(fā)放，包括和客戶溝通、通知客戶領取、數(shù)量登記等；

Receive certified clientsother potential visitors.

接待所負責客戶以及潛在客戶的來訪；

Cooperate with other people in implementation of relevant works.

配合公司其他人員完成相應工作；

Report to business manager/general manager periodicallyrandomly.

定期/不定期向業(yè)務經理/總經理匯報所負責工作；以及

Implement other works assigned by the operation managerthe general manager.

完成業(yè)務經理/總經理交辦的其他工作。

Job Specification

職位規(guī)范

本科及以上學歷，紡織品，農業(yè)、食品、化妝品等相關專業(yè)背景；

熟練的英語讀寫和交流能力；

熟練的辦公軟件使用；

有檢查經驗或認證決定經驗者更佳。
