Responsibilities:
- 硬件電路設計： 設計電動汽車驅動器的硬件電路，完成硬件電路理論計算，仿真和測試。
- Hardware Circuit Design: Design hardware circuits for electric vehicle drives, including theoretical calculations, simulations,testing。
- 硬件需求分析： 分析和定義硬件設計需求。
- EE requirements Analysis: Analyzedefine hardware design requirements.
- 功率模塊設計：參與功率模塊設計和功率模塊驗證測試，設計驅動電路并進行測試和驗證。
- Power Module Design: Participate in the designtesting of power modules (e.g., SiC MOSFETs),designvalidate drive circuits.
Qualifications：
- 碩士或以上學歷，電力電子專業(yè)背景。Proficient in English (both oralwritten), Germany a plus.
- 有電動汽車驅動器、功率模塊設計、或硬件電路設計相關課題經驗者優(yōu)先. Experience in electric vehicle drives, power module design,hardware circuit design is preferred.
- 英語讀寫流利，能夠理解相關技術文獻和交流。Fluent in readingwriting English, with the ability to understand technical documentscommunicate effectively.
- 積極主動，工作勤奮, 對硬件研發(fā)有強烈的興趣，善于團隊合. Proactive attitude, hardworking & teamwork , strong interest in hardware development.
- 熟悉電力電子硬件電路仿真和設計工具優(yōu)先（MATLAB，PSPICE，LTspice等）。Familiarity with power electronics hardware circuit simulationdesign tools (e.g., MATLAB, PSPICE, LTspice) is preferred.
