GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAM 培訓(xùn)生項(xiàng)目
The Graduate Trainee Program has been implemented in LDC globally for ten years since 2010, attracted a steady stream of young talents to the organization. This is so-called ‘the Huangpu Military Academy’ in LDC industry. This Program is designed to attract talent to the organization to meet its future growing needs. The program is also designed to bring awareness of Louis Dreyfus Company to leading universities as a means of attracting talent to the organization. We will help and train trainees to be an expert in this industry. A successful candidate will be one who has high potential within the organization. The candidate who completes the program will see his or her career fast tracked in terms of both career advancement and remuneration.
This is the first time for LDC to open an opportunity to social talents in this year, apart from attracting the newly graduates from universities. LDC welcomes newly graduates without experience, who has plenty of fresh and new ideas. LDC also welcomes talents with 1 to 3 years working experience, who might endure some tough situation still with vigorousness. LDC offers innovative and challenging job opportunity and professional training to train up future industrial management specialist.

POSITIONS FOR GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAM 招聘職位
Industrial Trainee 工業(yè)培訓(xùn)生
Industrial trainee will rotate in different positions of oilseeds platform or new project in LDC for two years. The trainees will be trained to obtain systematic knowledge of plant operations on process, coordination between different departments as well as project management, so as to build up the management skills and team leadership as a professional factory manager. The trainees in LDC were assigned on training programs for 3-6 months in Europe, South America, etc., apart from the rotation training in several plants in China.
工業(yè)培訓(xùn)生將在公司下屬的油脂平臺各工廠或者新興項(xiàng)目輪崗工作兩年，通過系統(tǒng)性地學(xué)習(xí)工廠生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營中各個工藝流程、部門協(xié)作以及項(xiàng)目管理等知識，具備未來工廠職業(yè)經(jīng)理人所要求的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)管理能力和團(tuán)隊領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。過去兩年，我們的工業(yè)培訓(xùn)生除了在中國的各工廠輪崗培訓(xùn)，也有部分培訓(xùn)生被派往歐洲、南美等地區(qū)參加3-6個月的工業(yè)輪崗訓(xùn)練。

QUALIFICATIONS崗位要求
n Bachelor degree or above in Food Science, Grains and Oilseeds, Mechanical Design and Automation
食品科學(xué)、糧油、機(jī)械設(shè)計制造及其自動化專業(yè)，全日制本科以上學(xué)歷
n One or three years working experience in production, maintenance, quality or related departments
1-3年從事生產(chǎn)、維修、品質(zhì)等部門相關(guān)崗位的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
n Familiar with AutoCAD and MS office software
熟悉AutoCAD、MS Office軟件操作
